Frequently asked
Will I definitely see manta rays?
Mantas are seen on the large majority of trips year-round, but they are wild animals so sightings can never be 100% guaranteed.
I’m a weak swimmer — is that okay?
Yes. Buoyancy vests are provided and the guide stays close. Let the crew know and they’ll look after you.
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes — additional hotel pickup is included for hotels in Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur at Rp 250.000 / one way and Ubud at Rp 350.000 / one way. Other areas may incur a small surcharge shown at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I receive my ticket?
Instantly by email after payment. Just show the e-ticket (printed or on your phone) to your guide or crew.
