Booking Terms
The terms and conditions that apply when you book with Waitrav Bali DMC.
01Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation email with a booking reference has been issued. Please check all details carefully and notify us of any errors immediately. Booking can be cancelled at least 36 hours before departure and refund will be posted 3 days after departure.
02Pricing
All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Discounts and vouchers are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless specified.
03Passenger responsibilities
Travellers must arrive at the designated meeting point on time with valid identification. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows. Operators reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
04Liability
Waitrav Bali DMC acts as an agent for independent local operators. While we vet every partner, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control such as weather, sea conditions or force majeure.
05Children rate
The children under 2.5 years old is free of charge and the children under 10 Years old is 50% from adult rate.
