Refund Policy
Our fair, transparent cancellation and refund terms.

01Free cancellation window
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund, no questions asked.
02Late cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the operator’s policy for that trip.
03Weather & operator cancellations
If a trip is cancelled by the operator (e.g. unsafe sea conditions), you’ll be offered a free reschedule or a 100% refund.
04How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via DOKU within 5–10 business days. Contact hello@waitravbali.com to start a refund request with your booking reference.
